The vehicle arrived for a full body restoration and a comprehensive suspension evaluation. Our inspection revealed severe wear across several suspension components. The front control arm bushings had completely broken down. The passenger-side upper kingpin locking pin had sheared, causing excessive pivot wear. The rear suspension rubber bushings had also failed and required replacement.

During the body restoration, we removed all exterior trim. We then stripped the paint, body filler, and previous repairs using mechanical and chemical methods. This process exposed heavily filled exterior sills.

To restore proper strength and long-term structural integrity, we recommend replacing the sills with new panels. Reworking the existing material would not provide the same durability.

This restoration focuses on structural strength, suspension performance, and reliable drivability. The goal is to return the vehicle to a solid, safe, and road-ready condition.
