These are original assemblies that have been dis-assembled, cleaned, refurbished, machined, with internal parts replaced and re-assembled to original specifications. Exterior is primed and painted depending on the assembly. They are of high quality, rebuilt by experienced technicians and far superior to any aftermarket assembly. Original is better.
Carburettor, C-1386 (X) Send in your core carburettor for the experts to rebuild with new throttle shaft, bushings, jets and float. Allow two-week turnaround depending on production que. Fits: 1G Engine Prefix Metropolitans.

1G Prefix Engine Assembly Rebuild (X600) – A complete rebuilt engine assembly from valve covers to oil pan. Assembled when ordered; production time 8-10 weeks depending on the condition of the engine and the backlog. Additional crate charge for shipment and shipped via motor freight. Fuel pump (X) ; Fits Chassis # to E11000. Please send in your fuel pump for rebuilding. Sorry no decent cores available. Please empty all fluids and wrap in plastic before packaging.

Fuel tank (X) Please send in your tank for refurbishing, sorry no cores are available. Tank is drained, cleaned and evaluated. Some tanks are rusting from the inside out so we cut them in half, scrap out the rust; treat and seal. Once dry, we make any repairs to exterior and plug up any pin holes. Weld two halves back together, sandblast exterior, prime and paint black. There may be additional charge depending on the condition of the tank. Refurbished tanks are far superior to any ‘conversion’ tank as those do not fit well and are not sealed on the inside.
